To register with the practice you must have a permanent address within an 8 mile radius of Maghera Medical Centre

Any existing patients who CHANGE address to a new address outside the radius will be asked to re-register with a GP practice closer to them

Maghera SurgeryWelcome to Maghera Medical Centre

Maghera Medical Centre serves the whole of Maghera as well as its surrounding villages within an eight mile radius.

Our team consists of 5 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, 2 Practice Nurses, 2 Treatment Room Nurses, Health Care Assistant as well as our Practice Manager and Reception Staff.

We offer a full General Practice Service and run Specialist Clinics for Asthmas, COPD, Secondary Prevention (e.g. Heart Disease), Thyroid and Hypertension, Antenatal and patients needing Minor Surgery.

At Maghera Medical Centre we treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence.

If you live in our area and would like to register with us, please complete our registration forms that are available from our reception. You will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP.
