UNDER 18'S NASAL FLU - MONDAY 14TH OCTOBER 2019

IF YOU ARE OVER 65 YEARS, PREGNANT, PRESCHOOL, A CARER OR ARE IN ONE OF THE 'AT RISK' CATEGORIES IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU ARE VACCINATED AGAINST INFLUENZA. 

PLEASE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT RECEPTION.

Cervical Screening

A new video that shows women what to expect when they attend for cervical screening has been produced by the Public Health Agency.  The video is on the Northern Ireland Cancer Screening Programme's website at the following link:

Self Care for Life – be healthy this winter  As part of Self Care Week 2014, we are encouraging people to choose healthy lifestyle options that will impact positively on their physical health, mental wellbeing and self esteem. Help to maintain health and ward off illness by eating sensibly, stop smoking, drinking in moderation and taking regular exercise.

The Self Care Week message is "Self care for life – be healthy this winter" which we are supporting.

Appointments

calendar_penThe practice has four doctors working in partnership. There are times when the practice has to employ locum doctors to cover sessions.

We operate a computer appointment system.

Appointments can be obtained by telephoning or calling at reception.

Appointments can be made 2 weeks in advance.

Appointments can be made with the doctor of your choice if available.

You can help us by letting us know if you need to cancel an appointment so it can be offered to someone else 

Emergency Appointments

These are available on a daily basis by contacting the Medical Centre from 8.30am and can only be obtained on the day.

disabilityDisabled facilities

The Medical Centre has excellent disabled facilities. We offer car-parking spaces reserved for disabled. All patients’ services are provided at the ground floor. A disabled patients WC is also on the ground floor. If access is difficult for any of our disabled patients, we would be happy to consider suggestions for improvements.
