Appointments
Following on from the COVID pandemic, it is still recommended that we provide a telephone consultation to you. If the doctor needs to see you following this, they will arrange this with you during the telephone call.
The Reception Team have a limited number of bookable face-to-face appointments. If you cannot attend your appointment please cancel this so that we can offer it to another patient.
You can pre book an appointment with our Practice Nurse & Treatment Room.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason we would appreciate if you could please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
DNA Policy
If you continue to book appointments but do not attend this puts added pressure on the appointment system and you will be contacted to advise that this is unacceptable.
Disabled facilities
The Medical Centre has excellent disabled facilities. We offer car-parking spaces reserved for disabled. All patients’ services are provided at the ground floor. A disabled patients WC is also on the ground floor. If access is difficult for any of our disabled patients, we would be happy to consider suggestions for improvements.
